Despite the much-discussed Solidarity fee, except last minute surprises, it will not be included in the law that will be discussed in the next few days in Parliament, on the App Store Gets a free application (only for launch) with which to calculate the amount of that fee.
As we said, this application would almost certainly be useless, since the Government reiterated that such solidarity fee will not be inserted in the Act under discussion in the coming days, but can still be used to understand how, as the case may be, you would have to pay if the tax was approved. In any case, the charge remains for parliamentarians and some categories of public employees.
The calculation must be done on total income, calculated in accordance with art. 8 TUIR, D.P.R No. 917/1986. Then the sum of incomes that are useful for the calculation of income tax: income, land income, capital gains, corporate income and other income. Income to be deducted losses resulting from the exercise of commercial companies or by the exercise of Arts and professions.
