Apple head iOS 4.3.1, the public release is expected between one or maximum two weeks [updated]
Thanks to an inside source, BGR is reporting that Apple has already started testing the new iOS 4.3.1, documenting this discovery with a screenshot, whose release is planned for the next few weeks.
