The frets of the vibration does not work correctly on iOS 4.3.1 jailbroken? [UPDATED]

This afternoon, in a totally random, we reported a strange problem on one of our iPhone, specifically an iPhone 4 updated to iOS 4.3.1 on which had been done the jailbreak using Redsn0w 0.9.6 RC9 and, apparentlythat just described do not seem to be an isolated episode.
